The Wilhelmina dress - Ivory by Blackwood Castle, size XS. 100% cotton. Did not like how it fits me, just want my money back.<br><br>Collar/neck area is loose. Wrists can be adjusted. The part of sleves above elbows is a bit tight though- you need to have skinny arms. <br>The sleeve width elbow down is about 5.5in and wrists are about 5in, both flat measurements <br><br>All sells are final, no returns/refunds.
